Library signing

Note: I will be sitting in the Sylvan Lake Library for those who wish to sign. Please be prepared to provide government ID with your photo (drivers license or Alberta ID) with you home address. If you have a PO BOX. Please bring confirmation of your physical address. This can usually be found on: Utility Bills: Gas, electricity, water, internet, or home phone/cable bills. Financial Statements: Bank or credit card statements, or mortgage documents. Government Documents: Income tax assessment (Notice of Assessment), Statement of Employment Insurance benefits (T4E), or Canada Pension Plan (T4AP) statements. Residential Records: Signed lease/sublease agreement, or land title documents. Other Documents: Vehicle registration/insurance, school transcripts, or employer letter. Digital: Electronic bills and e-statements are generally acceptable, especially if they show your name and address clearly.
